Payment     

 

Payment must be made via credit card, unless otherwise specified. The artwork will be shipped after the payment has been cleared.

 

 

Insurance  

 

All international orders are insured. If the package is lost or damaged the byuer is able to file a claim and receive full refund from the carrier. Refund is payed by the carrier, not the seller.

 

 

Processing time              

 

Time needed to prepare an order varies between artworks. Shipping time is different for each country. You can track your package online with tracking number.

                                                                

 

Custom and import taxes                

 

Buyer is responsible for any customs and/or taxes that buyers country requiers.

 

 

Return policies                 

 

You will get 100% refund If you cancel your order within 24 hours after the purchase

 

 

After shipping please contact me in any matters that concerns you. If you are not happy with your art, you can return it within 14 days after receiving it and you will get 100% refund after I receive the artwork in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

You will not get refund if the artwork is shipped to me more than 14 days from the date of delivery. You will get no refund if the artwork is shipped without tracking number and insurance and was lost in the mail. If the artwork is damaged you will not get refund.
